RoadTo100Live Healthier. Live Longer.
About the project

A map, not a miracle

RoadTo100 exists because most longevity content sits at one of two extremes: dense academic papers few people will read, or supplement marketing dressed up as science. There's a lot of solid, genuinely interesting research sitting in the middle — about the Blue Zones, about the habits that reliably correlate with long, healthy lives — that just needs a clearer map.

This site isn't trying to sell a protocol. It's trying to lay out what the research actually shows, be upfront about its limits, and offer a couple of honest tools for reflecting on your own habits against it.

How we approach the material

  • We favor population-level, peer-reviewed research over single-study or anecdotal claims.
  • We flag where evidence is correlational rather than causal — which, for lifestyle research, is most of it.
  • We don't sell supplements, diet plans, or anything tied to specific claims made here.
  • Nothing here is medical advice. It's a starting point for a conversation with a clinician who knows your history.

If you're just getting oriented, the Blue Zones explainer is the right place to start, followed by the Power 9 breakdown. If you'd rather jump straight to something interactive, the Longevity Score takes about two minutes.
